Cash on delivery is not available in every country, but where it is offered, the package can be paid for in the local currency directly to the courier.

If you’d like to return a product, you can absolutely do so within 30 days of receiving your package by following these steps:

1. Pack the product securely—preferably in its original box—and send it to the following address:

2. Be sure to include your order number clearly on the package so we can identify it.
3. Let us know once you’ve shipped the package. As soon as the product arrives safely at our logistics center, we’ll process your refund.

Please note: we can only accept unopened, undamaged products with the original seal intact on the cards. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
